You Tube is a great place to be silly online because you can make silly videos and anybody can watch them and then you can get famous. I was talking to my mom today about making a YouTube video and she thinks that I should not make one because she does not think that I am funny or interesting. I told my mom that this sounded like a mean thing for a mother to tell her son she said that she was just telling me the truth. I should honestly I think that my mom was being mean. I talked to my friend about the conversation I had with my mom and he said that I should not worry about it. Then we made a YouTube video together and it turned out to be a really great time. I’m going to make more YouTube videos soon and I cannot wait to be a celebrity to my mom wrong.

I love going to see live music I went to my first live gig when I was 14 and I haven´t looked back. I´ve never forgotten the charge of emotion and energy that it gave me. I sang myself hoarse and finished the night off with blisters on both heels from all my bopping about. I remember it like it was yesterday. Since then, I´ve been to at least one live music gig a month come rain or shine, and quite often more.

People sometimes ask me how much I spend on going to live music gigs and to be honest I couldn´t tell you. To me it´s as necessary as breathing or eating, so I don´t think about it in terms of whether I can afford it or not. It´s just something I have to do. Some people spend money on smoking. Others buy first edition comics. Well for me it´s music gigs.

One of my favourite things to do when friends come to visit is take them to a comedy club. I live in a really beautiful town and I have a spare room, so I do tend to have more than my fair share of visitors. It can get a little bit repetitive if you´re always showing people the same famous sights, so I tend to send them off during the day with a map of the place and a guide book, and promise them that I will take care of the night-time entertainment. It´s a little bit different to your usual tour guide activities, but still gives a great flavour of the place you live in. I got the idea from a friend of mine, who took me to a comedy club Edinburghwhen I was visiting him. I enjoyed myself thoroughly and decided to appropriate his idea.
